  We had a pipe in the kitchen leak. Rick came out right away, assessed the damage & started drying out our house. He was kind and reassuring. Rick gave us good advice on the order in which to proceed. I called a plumber to come out. Rick told me what to have the plumber do before he left for the day. The plumber arrived a few minutes later. Then Rick was at the door a few minutes after that. He saw the plumbing van on the road & turned around to talk to the plumber himself!!!   We had water damage due to a broken water pipe in a wall.  Pro Restoration saved us!  They took charge of several crews who came into our home to refinish damaged cabinets, replace soggy carpeting, repaint ceilings and walls and then put everything back again perfectly!
